Many of the pieces in the Brooklyn Museum's To Live Forever exhibition came directly from storage and had never been displayed. Ms. Bruno's presentation will introduce some of the scientific techniques and examination processes used by conservators working with curators to determine the current condition of an object and to assess possible directions for treatment.
